I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the main attractions by walking, including the grand palace. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even prepared a packed breakfast for me when I had to leave early. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean pool and speedy wifi. the buffet breakfast had a variety of Thai and European options, as well as fresh fruits every day.

All was good.

Everything was perfect, immensely pleasant staff, perfect location so close to many convenient stores and main streets, the tourist places to visit, the main attractions. Beautiful and luxurious units on the 2nd level. So many savoury options for breakfast, such as pastries and cereals.

My stay was FINE in gorgeous heritage hotel. I stayed in the room that was cleaned everyday and available with good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the main tourist spots in the old town. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and it is close to everything you might need. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, providing a nice and comfortable stay.

The breakfast options could have been better, as some guests felt that there was a lack of variety such as butter and cheese.

Central location, well-presented rooms, nice pool, great breakfast buffet, free bicycle use.

Not one thing.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. It's located in the old town area, right near the grand palace and other major attractions. Despite being in a poor area, the hotel itself is fantastic. The staff are attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to assist their guests. The rooms on the 2nd level are well-furnished with all the basic amenities you need, including three single beds for larger groups. And the breakfast is a real treat, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, including made-to-order egg dishes.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The breakfast options were fantastic - fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, noodles, rice, curries. The hotel's location was a major advantage, situated between the Grand Palace and Khao San Road, making it easy to explore the city's major attractions.

The communication between staff could have been better. I was initially told that I could use a shower the next evening for a fee, but then they changed their stance.
